Self-proclaimed ‘army brat’ Mark Arthur is due to embark upon a 10K run in aid of Help for Heroes on 15th October 2011 with two objectives: raising some money for a charity which is close to his heart, and in a bid to cap his record of completing the challenge in just 49 minutes. (more…)
