Caviste

To quote John Paul Young, ‘Love is in the air, everywhere I look around’. Yes, this one’s for all the lovers out there who are wondering how to mark Valentine’s Day (and with less than 24 hours to go). This year, instead of picking up a sad bunch of carnations from the petrol station as you fill up on the way home, why not let the HugoFox News team help you do it with a little more panache? Just remember ‘Be Mine’ and you’ll…be fine!

is for….BOUQUET

If you’re going to say it with flowers, then make sure it’s something worth hearing. Jonathon and his team at Ikebana Floral Design in Overton will help you hand select some beautiful blooms, specifically for your valentine.

E is for…EAT

Forget slaving over a hot stove but still turn up the heat with a delicious ready-prepared, luxury three course meal courtesy of Laverstoke Park Farm. With their sumptuous buffalo mozzarella and steaks followed by delicious sweet treats, you’re sure to find the way into that special person’s heart.

M is for… MUSIC

If you’re ready for full-on romance then you can’t do much better than the sophisticated elegance of a string quartet. The exquisite sounds of Stringsaloud are sure to help you whisk your partner off their feet in the most memorable and beautiful way.

I is for …INDULGE

It’s not often that you get to crack open a bottle of bubbly on a Tuesday, so why not make it something really worth enjoying. Caviste Wine Merchants have some superb Valentine’s Day offers on the finest champagnes, guaranteed to transport you both to the vineyards of France, if only for a few hours. It’s the perfect aphrodisiac.

N is for…NAILS

There’s nothing like a bit of pampering to make someone feel special. Twist Hair in Kingsclere offers massages, waxing, manicures and pedicures and even spray tans to make you feel wonderful and glowing, even if it is February.

And E is for…ENGAGEMENT!

Ladies…it only comes round once every four years so why not surprise the man in your life by going down on one knee and proposing more than that he does the dishes! You don’t have to go as far as buying your own ring, but this leap year why not pop the cork on the champagne bottle, take a sip of courage and then pop the question?
