‘Dear spirits… Reckon you could lend us some light to stop this bloomin’ power-cut?!’

Are you in touch with your spiritual side? Fed up of the grind of daily life and want some guidance? Or are you just curious about witnessing a psychic in action? Well, now’s your chance! In this first-time event, renowned psychic Jane Meakin will be taking centre stage at Kempshott Village Hall near Basingstoke in a bid to raise funds for a worthy local cause.

A healer and spiritual teacher, Jane has worked for many years as a medium, offering spiritual insights to those who seek guidance and hope from a realm beyond. As well as displaying her skills at mediumship nights throughout the country, she has also been certified by the Spiritualists’ National Union.

On Saturday 18th August, attendees will have the opportunity to experience Jane’s talents for themselves at this exciting event. Running from 7.30-10pm, the evening will not only feature Jane’s appearance, but also a raffle with a bumper crop of prizes – including a surprise from Peter Andre and luxury chocolaterie Choccywoccydoodah (hmm, which is yummier?..) Raffle tickets will be available on the door before and after Jane’s show, with the winners being drawn at the evening’s end.

All money generated from the event will be donated to St. Michael’s Hospice in Basingstoke, a centre that cares for patients who are affected by life-limiting illnesses. Working to ensure that the patients’ quality of life is the best it can be, St. Michael’s Hospice provides an invaluable service to people all over North Hampshire. The charity looks after patients both within the Hospice and out in the community, making home visits as needed, all completely free of charge.

Pre-booked tickets for Jane’s event are £10 each – just call Sally Small on 07856 763343 in advance of the event to reserve a seat. Any remaining tickets will be available on the door for £15, but (unless you’re also a psychic!) it’s best to avoid disappointment by booking in advance.

Donations can also be made directly to the Hospice via their website, with all and any contributions gratefully received.

If Jane’s event has piqued your interest but you’re not in the Basingstoke area, just type ‘psychic’ into our HugoFox.com search engine to find similar events near you. This weekend, for example, the Dragon Enterprise Centre at Leigh-On-Sea in Essex is hosting a spiritualist fair, where you can experience the working of healing crystals, tarot cards, mediums and more. And from September onwards, Sally Morgan – the star of Sky Living’s popular Psychic Sally: On the Road – will be returning to the UK for a nationwide tour, stopping off in Milton Keynes, Reading, Swindon, and Bristol, to name but a few.

So what are you waiting for? Jupiter is in retrograde, and in conjunction with Mars it indicates that the time is right for… Well, for listening to a real psychic rather than me!
